GRILLE 401 SOLD TO MONTE RESTAURANT GROUP

Fort Lauderdale, FL: Grille 401, located on Las Olas Blvd. in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, has been sold to Michele DiMeo and Gennaro DiMeo of the Monte Restaurant Development as reported by Jeff Sussman of Sussman Restaurant Brokerage whose Boca Raton firm brokered the transaction.
