JEFF SUSSMAN’S passion and understanding of the restaurant business stems back from his early childhood days growing up in Monmouth County, New Jersey as the son of the owner of Mac’s Embers, one of the Jersey Shore’s most memorable restaurants to this day.  It was here that Jeff Sussman first developed hands on understanding and appreciation of all of the essential components that need to go into opening and operating a successful restaurant.  It is this appreciation and love of the restaurant business that continues to enhance SUSSMAN’S vast knowledge and understanding of the essentials of achieving success and longevity.

SUSSMAN RESTAURANT BROKERAGE’S impressive list of brokered transactions over the years include the sale of Roadhouse Grill Restaurants, consisting 54 locations nationwide; the Prezzo Italian Restaurants located in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties, consisting of 5 locations; the sale of Gatsby’s, located in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties, consisting of 3 locations;  Rocco’s Tacos and Tequila Bar (Broward and Palm Beach County, 3 leased locations); Cabo Flats Mexican Restaurant, leased locations including the internationally known Dolphin Mall, Miami scheduled to open in late 2015; and Villagio Restaurant & Bar, leased locations including the recently opened Villagio on the Park, located in NYC on Central Park South (formally Mickey Mantle’s).

In addition, SUSSMAN RESTAURANT BROKERAGE has also been responsible for such other numerous high profile restaurant transactions including New York Prime, Boca Raton; Seasons 52 Fresh Grill, Boca Raton; Burt and Max’s Bar and Grille, Delray Beach, Park Tavern, Delray Beach,; Grille 401, Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale; Rack’s (Boca Raton and Delray Beach); Docks Oyster Bar and Seafood Grill, NYC; and The Rustic Inn, Fort Lauderdale which was sold to publically traded Ark Restaurants Corp.
