JEFF SUSSMAN’S passion and understanding of the restaurant business stems back from his early childhood days growing up in Monmouth County, New Jersey as the son of the owner of Mac’s Embers, one of the Jersey Shore’s most memorable restaurants to this day. It was here that Jeff Sussman first developed hands on understanding and appreciation of all of the essential components that need to go into opening and operating a successful restaurant.
